Ratification of i-SIGMA Bylaws

Next Month, in addition to choosing the next President-elect and Directors, the i-SIGMA Ballot will ask eligible voters to ratify amended bylaws.
The amendment, which have already been approved by the Board of Directors, is seeking member ratification to change the name of the members providing products and services to Service Provider members, from “Vendor Members” to “Corporate Partners”.
Support: The Board of Directors and new Vendor Engagement Committee wanted to ensure Vendor Members were not forgotten. After obtaining member feedback, the Board has approved this membership group will now be referred to as Corporate Partners and a new logo to designate their membership with the association. Please look for this mark and support those who support the industry.
The amended bylaws were unanimously approved by the elected Board of Directors, and must be ratified by a majority of a quorum of eligible members.
Ballots will be emailed to eligible Member-company representatives on 1 March 2022 and must be completed by 31 March 2022. The results of the election will be announced to all members by email notification in April.
