Key Results & Resources Unveiled at ANZ Annual Conference

May 13, 2019

Why do clients pick one service provider over another? What business sectors still prefer shredding in-house?  Who’s making the records management decision and how does that vary by size. What do customers look for on your website? Do recommendations mean more than certification or vice versa?

These are among the more than 20 questions which will be answered in the 2019 i-SIGMA Australian Consumer Attitudes Study, the results of which will be released at the association’s up-coming ANZ Conference on 18 July at Ridges Hotel in Sydney.

The July event in Sydney will also see the release of the long-awaited Australian Service Provider Contract, which, according to i- SIGMA CEO Bob Johnson, holds great promise for those trained in its use.

“Having a state-of-the-art contract, compliant with both Australian law and the GDPR is a big marketing differentiator,” says Johnson. “Most customers don’t have the resources or knowledge to do this themselves, and yet they are at otherwise. Those able to talk intelligently about this will have a clear advantage.”

Other i-SIGMA ANZ Annual Conference sessions include a panel of records managers and compliance professionals discussing their future needs and the status and future of the NAID AAA Certification PSPF Endorsement.
