i-SIGMA Bylaws Amendments Need Member Approval

The i-SIGMA Board of Directors has approved four bylaws changes that will improve efficiency and create a stronger association and industry. They are now seeking member approval to make these changes official. Voting Member Representatives from each Active Member firm should already have received ballots. – Amendment to Remove Re-opening of Board Nominations during the Annual Membership Meeting

– Amendment to Require Three-Quarters Majority to Remove Board Member

– Amendment Defining the Role of an Abstention of Recusal during Board Voting

– Granting Contractual Discretion in Assigning Member Benefits to Regional and Branded Networks
