Previously, Adams was the Managing Partner of a commercial records storage & secure information destruction business, as well as the founder of a regional chain of menswear clothing stores.

Richard Steed, Pacific Records Management


Richard Steed, Vice President of Pacific Records Management is a 34-year veteran of the RIM industry. Pacific has operations in the Central Valley of California including four facilities housing  nearly 2 million cubic feet of records.  In addition, Pacific has three shred plant operations and 12 shredding trucks. Steed has been active in the industry serving in various positions including Local ARMA Chapter leadership, Past Chairman of PRISM International where he served on the Board for five years, including President.  Steed is currently serving on the Board of National Record Centers.

Tom Schreyer, CSDS, Affordable Shred


Tom Schreyer is an information privacy advisor and leads Affordable Shred and Storage as a preferred company in both document, electronic and product destruction and compliance. He assists business professionals in formulating their information security policies, updating management teams and training customer’s employees. Schreyer is a Certified HIPAA Professional, a Certified Secure Destruction Specialist and serves as chairperson on the Public Relations Committee for the National Association for Information Destruction. He is also on the NAID Speakers’ Bureau and presents his HIPAA UP! Seminars at annual conventions, to regional medical associations, medical groups and physicians.

Tom Fetters serves as Head of Data Protection and Vice President of Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions at Recall Corporation (now part of Iron Mountain),and served as its Vice President and General Manager of Data Protection Services (DPS), Recall North America since May 2009. Fetters served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Account Management On-Boarding training at Recall. He joined the Brambles family of companies in 2004, when he accepted the role of Vice President and Customer Service and Quality for CHEP, Recall’s sister company and was then promoted to Vice President of Operations for CHEP USA where he managed over 80 employees. Fetters is an active member of PRISM and currently is the chair of TG14 – Data Protection Committee. 

Kurt Thies, Access

Kurt Thies has over 25 years of experience in strategic records and information management solutions. Thies previously founded Accutrac Software Inc. (later acquired by Iron Mountain), the records management software solution used by leading law firms, government agencies and Fortune 1000 corporations. Thies’s understanding of both the client experience and software has allowed him to advise numerous global records management companies and their clients successfully.

This experience translated to the records retention field he is currently in now.

Brian Connelly, All Points Mobile Shredding

Brian Connelly has served on several boards in his career. He held a NAID Board of Directors position for 2 years and has been serving as i-SIGMA secretary for the past 6 months. Connelly has owned All Points Mobile Shredding since 2006, which is NAID AAA Certified for on-site paper, media, and hard drive destruction. They provide service in a 100-mile radius from Stuart, FL. Connelly’s wife, Dawn, has been leading Master Mind calls for the past 6 years.

 

Pat DeVries, DeVries Business Solutions

Patrick DeVries currently servces as the i-SIGMA Board of Directors President. In the industry, DeVries has grown DeVries Information Management to serve a large part of Washington State, North Idaho, and Eastern Oregon. They own and operate a full-service records center in Spokane, as well as operating a destruction business and baling operation.

Don Adriaansen has served as the NAID Conference Chair from 2011 – 2012,  served on the NAID/i-SIGMA Board of Directors from 2012 – 2020, served as NAID President from 2016 – 2017, and was most recently serving as the i-SIGMA Co-Past President. Adriaansen is the President & CEO of TITAN Mobile Shredding, founded in 2005. They are NAID AAA Certified, provide on-site and plant-based destruction for paper, media, and hard drives and products.

Since 2012 he has served NAID as a committee member (CRC and CSDS BoR), committee chair (CSDS BoR), and as a Director, Secretary, and Co-Treasurer of the board. Miller’s company, Shred Northwest (previously AccuShred NW), locally provides shredding services in the major population centers of Oregon and southwest Washington. Over the years, Shred Northwest has offered certified destruction services offsite and onsite for micro media, non-paper media, hard drives, and paper.

Giovanna Spadoni, OMTRA SRL

Giovanna Spadoni has been a Member of the Board of Directors for two consecutive terms in six years for the young entrepreneurs’ group of Confindustria in Milan, Italy. Currently she actively attends the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy, as well as some of the main foreign Chambers of Commerce in Italy.  She is the chair of the PRISM DLC and she also takes part of the i-SIGMA EU Committee. Currently, Spadoni is the GM of OMTRA, the first business records center in Italy, established in 1956 in Milan. Omtra has been an active member of NAID, PRISM, and ARMA International since 1993.

Her presentations deliver key perspectives on critical sustainability, electronics recycling, data security, technology asset management and reverse logistics issues.

Brent Berry, Ingram Micro

Brent Berry leads the Client Services group within Ingram Micro’s ITAD and Reverse Logistics business, which includes go-to-market and sales, business development, sales support, client services and logistics services. He is responsible for driving strategic growth and expansion plans for the Americas region. Berry joined Ingram Micro in 2016 and brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain solutions, reverse logistics and ITAD services to the company. He previously held leadership roles in business development and sales strategy with a focus on new customer acquisition and revenue expansion at Arrow Electronics, ExpressPoint Technology Services, Inc., Syncreon Technology, and Data Exchange Corporation.

Neil Peters-Michaud, Cascade Asset Management

Neil Peters-Michaud is the CEO and co-founder of Cascade Asset Management, an IT Asset Disposition firm started in 1999 with 2 processing facilities in the United States. The company has processed over 95 million pounds of used information technology equipment for refurbishment and damanunfacturing for recycling. Peters-Michaud is a Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional and currently serves on an iNEMI workgroup focused on non-physical data destruction of electronic media. Peters-Michaud has a BS and MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Joe Harford is the Founder of Reclamere. Reclamere is 20 years old and provides secure ITAM services nationwide specifically in the healthcare, financial services, and education markets. Harford has worked in a wide variety of business sectors: hospitality, manufacturing, and higher education. He currently serves on the Chair of the Government Relations Committee with NAID. In Operations for almost 25 years, Jeff Rueckel has been with Daniels Health since 2008, first as a Regional Operations Manager, and since 2013 as the Manager, Gate Waste Operations. Rueckel’s national medical waste experience has given him a thorough knowledge of national and local market trends, state regulations, medical waste processing expertise, and RMW hauling and disposal process improvements and efficiencies. Rueckel served on the board of the MWMA as NAID and its members found their way into the medical waste business model; and through his extensive industry experience, Jeff developed strong relationships with many of its members and leadership. In addition to his experience with 3rd party medical waste transporters, today Rueckel is also exploring the business development and consulting end of under-recognized alternative regulated medical waste streams. Rueckel lives in Allentown, PA. 

Selin Hoboy, Stericycle, Inc.

Selin Hoboy is responsible for managing legislative and regulatory affairs for Stericycle, with whom she joined in 2000. Hoboy monitors Federal EPA, DOT, OSHA, DEA, and other regulatory issues as well as legislation at the local, state, and federal levels. She also updates and provides guidance to states regulatory matters. Hoboy provided critical support to federal, state and local authorities during the Ebola situation for the proper management of regulated medical wastes generated from Ebola patients. She currently sits on two Ebola training Advisory Boards (LIUNA Training and Education Fund, HWWTP/HDPTP/DOE Advisory Board and Biosafety and Infectious Disease Training Initiative (BIDTI)) providing expertise and oversight. Prior to working at Stericycle, she worked for Optima Batteries and Weston Consulting, Inc. specializing in industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental matters.

Sean Fredricks is the founder and CEO of MedXWaste. He is an esteemed entrepreneur, business leader, innovator and public speaker, with his finger on the pulse of highly regulated businesses including medical waste, hazardous waste and information destruction.
