PRISM International Subject Matter Expert Plays High Profile Role in 2019 Conference

Retaining a dedicated in-house RIM Subject Matter Expert (SME) was one of the most important benefits of the association’s recent merger according to i-SIGMA co-President, Christopher Jones.
“In speaking to PRISM International members before the merger with NAID, it was clear they were looking for the organization to have someone they could turn to for guidance and expertise,” said Jones. “As a board, we also wanted an expert on staff dedicated to protecting and advancing RIM issues.”
It should come as no surprise, therefore, that PRISM International SME Gail Bisbee not only played a pivotal role in session content for the upcoming annual conference, but she will also be providing her experience and expertise during the event.
“It’s important for PRISM members to get to know Gail,” said i-SIGMA CEO Bob Johnson. “Once they put a face to the name and realize she is capable and accessible, they are more likely to turn to her with their issues and benefit from her availability.”
Bisbee is presenting the following sessions:
- Scanning for Profit: How to Make Money in the Project-Oriented World of Scanning Services
- Up-Selling Strategies for Records and Information Management Services
She will also be a moderator for several panel discussions.
The 2019 NAID & PRISM International Conference and Expo is April 11-13 in Denver, CO at the newly built Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.
