i-SIGMA has created a generic letter that can be presented to law enforcement authorities explaining service providers’ Essential Services status during the COVID-19 pandemic. i-SIGMA member may use the letter as is or may wish to use some of the language to create their own letter from their organization on company letterhead. If creating a customized letter, it is advised to reference the specific jurisdiction publication defining what are considered Essential Services. Two versions are available:
