NAID Divisional Leadership Committee Charter Approved
December 19, 2018
Under the terms of the NAID/PRISM International merger, each division will be guided by a Leadership Committee as dictated by the association’s new bylaws.
Last month, the i-SIGMA Board of Directors approved the NAID Divisional Leadership Committee Charter.
According to i-SIGMA co-President Angie Singer Keating, this approval means NAID members will have a formal group of secure destruction industry leaders dedicated to protecting and advancing their interests.
“Throughout the merger process, we were keenly aware of the need for a formal structure that assured the interests of NAID members were acknowledged and protected,” said Keating. “The respective Divisional Leadership Committees provide that mechanism.”
The NAID Divisional Leadership Committee will be vetted in January with the intention of having all members seated and approved in February. The committee will meet monthly by conference call and may meet face-to-face on occasion. NAID member representatives interested in participating should contact i-SIGMA CEO Bob Johnson.
