Member News: DHS Worldwide Announces the Release of Total Recall Software Version 8.3

The latest release introduces many new and enhanced innovations to DHS Worldwide’s Total Recall ENVISION software line and Android Mobile applications.

Featuring over 50 new product enhancements, DHS continues to offer its clients innovative developments designed to improve efficiency in their daily operations.

New Key Functionalities

New city and postal code filters have been added to the scheduling calendar which allows operators to better determine the best route and frequency of scheduled services. In addition, Driver Service time is now automatically captured and updated on recurring scheduled work orders, providing more accurate route planning.

For scheduled work orders that have not been assigned to a default route, a new assignment features provides the ability to assign a default route to a scheduled work order directly from the Dispatch Management Screen. Enhancements have also been made to the Dispatch Group settings, such as the option to enforce file bundling on outgoing work orders. The Envision Android Mobile application also supports additional enforcement options when performing item pick-ups at the customer location.

Total Recall Envision Client Web application now includes the ability to download multiple images at once. New data exporting features provides the ability to define which parent reference field to include when exporting child item information online. A new “auto-clear” feature has also been added to clean the users search results automatically when logging out of the web.
