Records and Information Management (RIM) Leader Adds 10 Locations in North America with Arkive Acquisition
Boston and Atlanta, July 24, 2018 Access, a PRISM International member and privately-held records and information management (RIM) services provider, today announced the acquisition of Arkive, allowing it to significantly expand its operations across North America. With the acquisition, Access now covers two additional Canadian markets – Montreal and Edmonton – and strengthens its footprint in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. The acquisition also boosts facilities and capacity in the U.S. in Atlanta and Seattle – bringing Access to more than 120 locations across North America.
Access offers a range of services and solutions tailored to meet the needs of local and international businesses to help ensure compliance in today’s rapidly changing regulatory environment. Access also helps clients reduce the risk associated with document management, retention, accessibility, or destruction by providing stringent data protection and secure chain of custody protocols.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Arkive was formed by Summit Park’s acquisition of certain assets in the United States and Canada from Iron Mountain Inc.
