In-Person 2021 Annual Conference Planned for March

Many members have wondered if the association will be hosting an in-person conference this coming spring. The answer is yes! i-SIGMA is moving forward with plans for an in-person event as usual at this point, understanding that things may need to change should data points not continue to improve regarding COVID-19.

The Board of Directors, Annual Conference Committee (ACC), and staff have been meeting regularly to discuss the evolving status and impacts of COVID-19 and how they may effect the 2021 Conference. For now, i-SIGMA is planning a full traditional conference with some added hygienic safety measures in place.

“While we realize some things may change in the coming months, we’re doing our best to forecast out and put together a stellar and safe event for the industry,” said Kelly Martinez, Director of Marketing & Communications for i-SIGMA, who also oversees event planning. This includes a full conference agenda, expo hall, and truck lot.

Martinez went on to add, “The venue has been great to work with and we are already discussing their sanitation procedures, where hand sanitizer will be located, how entry and egress will be handled, and much more.”

Sponsorship’s and expo hall booth space sales will open this month to Associate Members and registration is planned to open to attendees in early November. In the meantime, mark your calendars:
