DALLAS, TX- [July 15, 2026]– Armstrong Archives, an i-SIGMA Member Company and a trusted North Texas records management company, announces an important ownership transition as CEO Sherri Taylor has bought out her business partners and become the sole owner of Armstrong Archives, formerly a subsidiary of the Armstrong Company, a full service global moving company.

The transition represents the next phase of growth while maintaining the leadership values, company culture, and client-focused approach the company has prioritized for three decades. Taylor, who founded the company 30 years ago, has run day-to-day operations from the very beginning.

As part of the transition, Trent Davis has been promoted to President, a role that he moves into from within the company. Davis will continue to work alongside Taylor and the rest of Armstrong Archives’ leadership team which remains unchanged following the buyout.
