First NAID AAA Certifcation and PRISM Privacy+ Certification Awarded in Dominican Republic

EL NUEVO DIARIO, SANTO DOMINGO – Flashpack Dominicana highlighted that it received PRISM Privacy+ certifications from the International Secure Information Governance & Management Association (i-SIGMA). This certification validates document storage and digitalization processes, in addition to the NAID AAA certification that endorses secure document destruction operations.

Both certifications are awarded after exhaustive audits that guarantee that the equipment, systems and procedures comply with the most demanding industry standards and globally recognized data protection regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA and other relevant legislation.

“These certifications position us as the first company in the country and in the Caribbean region to achieve this feat and it opens the doors to the international market, including companies and agencies of the United States Federal Government,” the company said.

He also said that these certifications confirm Flashpack’s commitment to the organization, and the confidentiality, integrity and security of the documents that have been delivered to them for safekeeping, digitalization and shredding.
