AMS Store and ShredLou Rofrano began his career in consumer product sales and then sales at Baxter Healthcare, where for over 30 years he held various positions of increasing responsibility including VP of Sales and VP of Sales and Marketing Training and Development. Rofrano has trained and managed sales professionals both in the United States and worldwide. As VP of Sales at AMS, Rofrano provides sales leadership for both AMS Store and Shred and AMS MedWaste. He is also the founder of The Rofrano Performance Group where he is focused on helping organizations and individuals over-achieve their goals personally and professionally.
