Kathleen Parks

Kathleen Parks serves as the Senior Director of Community Employment for Opportunity Enterprises. Kathie oversees OE’s Corporate Inclusivity Consulting, a consulting service that helps businesses build inclusive workforces. This endeavor has taken her across the country, where she has had the privilege of instructing management teams in onboarding, hiring, and working alongside individuals with varying disabilities. Kathie also currently co-chairs the INARF employment section and sits on the Advisory Council to Indiana’s Director of the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services. Kathie has also co-taught an International Studies Program at Valparaiso University centered on the creation of a Non-Profit Organization.
