Dan has worked as the Director of Sales for Morgan Records Management for over 10 plus years. He is responsible for various aspects of the day to day operations as well as directing the company’s marketing and sales strategies. Prior to working for Morgan Records, Dan was a Mortgage Banker for 8 years where he learned about finance, government regulations and compliance. This background enabled him to establish solid record retention protocols and destruction measures, to ensure the company met all state and federal guidelines. This experience translated to the records retention field he is currently in now.
Morgan Records Management’s business footprint has increased from a local company to a nationwide provider now servicing the lower 48 states while acting as the Director of Sales. Dan’s main focus has been to streamline new technologies into their portfolio for higher market penetration. He is a key member in establishing regulatory compliance guidelines and security protocols to reduce operating expenses to increase security and profit margins. Collaborating with Morgan’s IT department they have built a state-of-the-art document conversion center for scanning, retrieval and storage of electronic data for hundreds of clients nationwide. He currently sits on the Prism Division Leadership Committee and has been asked to be a speaker at the National Conference regarding effective and efficient RIM strategies. Dan values his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
Outside of work Dan enjoys carpentry, golf, fishing and playing baseball and softball with his two children.
