Bill Palisano, CISSP

Bill is a “Buffalo guy” who “grew up” in the family’s portfolio of transportation, distribution and logistics companies, initially working as the IT Director.  In early twenties, joined the Buffalo moving & storage sales team.  By mid-twenties, promoted to VP of Sales.  During that time, his team won multiple sales volume awards within the Atlas Van Lines System, greatly out-performing leading companies in much, much larger markets.

At 27, he started Lincoln Archives, Inc.  Over the past 3 decades, the company continuously diversified, grew and continues to thrive.   It currently has 3 distinct facilities and operations in WNY.

In 2018, he launched LACyber  for proactive cyber defense services offerings for SMB’s.

In 2021 he received his CISSP Certification from (ISC)², which is widely considered the “Gold Standard” in Cybersecurity Certification.  ((ISC)² is a non-profit organization which specializes in training and certifications for cybersecurity professionals. It has been described as the “world’s largest IT security organization.)

He’s an active member of CompTIA’s ISAO (Information Sharing & Analysis) Cyber Forum.  As part of a panel of cyber-security professions, his input will be published this Spring/Summer, appearing within 2 CompTIA White Papers:  “Fundamental Cybersecurity for Managed Services Providers.” (CompTIA is considered one of the IT industry’s top trade associations).

He’s a veteran speaker, presenter and author of many industry articles and seminars focused on Privacy & Legal Requirements for Data Protection, Cyber Security and DR/BC.
