There are two ways you can contribute to the Annual i-SIGMA Conference session development:

Guidelines for Presenters & Panelists

The i-SIGMA Annual Conference is designed to provide association members the opportunity to share ideas with their colleagues. The guidelines that follow are for those individuals who are considering speaking at an upcoming event.

  • Although all proposals will be considered, preference will be given to those who have not presented at recent i-SIGMA events.
  • An individual cannot give more than two presentations during any one conference. Please do not submit more than two proposals. However, an individual may be part of multiple discussion groups or panels.
  • Commercial/promotional presentations are not permitted.
  • If selected, your session title and biography will be promoted on the conference website as well as select printed materials.
  • Promotional materials may not be distributed in session rooms.
  • The sale of copyrighted materials (i.e., those items held in copyright by anyone other than the seller) is prohibited. This includes written material, audio and video tapes, and music.
  • We do not share our attendee names and contact information with presenters or panelists.
  • Each presenter and panelist must register themselves for the event.
  • Presenters and panelists are responsible for any hotel and travel expenses.
