Tradeshow Schedule
Exhibit Hall set-up Saturday, 3 April 4:00pm – 8:00pm, Sunday, 4 April 8:00am – 2:00pm.
Please find sample Tradeshow Hours below:
Monday, 5 April from 10:30am – 7:00pm*
Tuesday, 6 April 10am – 12:00pm, 1:30pm – 5pm.*
These are previous shows hours. Current times will be reflected by the 31 December 2026.
Exhibit Hall teardown begins no earlier than 7:00pm on Tuesday,6 April. Teardown continues on Wednesday, 7 April 6:00 am – 10:00 am.
Pre-Event Activities occur on Sunday, 4 April.

Exhibitor kits will be emailed prior to the show and will include information on electrical services, Internet, audio/visual, freight/shipping, and rental items.
*Hall is carpeted. Exhibitors are responsible for their booth space flooring. This can be done by contacting Viper Tradeshow Services. All information will be detailed in the Exhibitor Kit.*
