Sean Fredricks is the founder and CEO of MedXWaste. He is an esteemed entrepreneur, business leader, innovator and public speaker, with his finger on the pulse of highly regulated businesses including medical waste, hazardous waste and information destruction. Through MedXWaste, Sean and his team used their expertise to create a business model which meets the vigorous demands of compliance while supplying stunning service that simplifies information in a meaningful way for both franchisees and their clients. Sean first entered the regulatory waste arena in 2005 when he successfully built Code Shred, at that time, the largest independent mobile and offsite paper shredding company in the tri-state area. Under his leadership, Code Shred was awarded the Inc. 500/5000 award in 2009, a prestigious award for being the 186th fastest growing business by Inc. magazine. Demonstrating over 1059% growth from 2006-2009, Code Shred was the 15th fastest growing company in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the New York area. The company was acquired by Cintas, a $3.5 billion company, in November 2010. Some of his past customers have included the Federal Reserve Bank, Social Security Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Corrections, among others. In 2011, he co-founded 
Legal Shred which he currently owns and operates. A mentor and advisor to many in the industry, Sean has sat on the Board of Directors for medical waste industry associations and is a sought-after speaker for industry related conferences and events.
