Carol DeBellis

Carol DeBellis is the SVP Human Resources for ERI, supporting organizational growth across all aspects of human resource management domestically and internationally, with experience in over 20 countries. ERI is the largest fully-integrated electronics and IT asset disposition provider and cybersecurity-focused hardware destruction company in the United States. Certified both in Senior and Global Human Resource Management with a B.S. in Business Management, Carol also has decades of nonprofit board experience including 10 years as Chief Operation Officer for the Trauma Intervention Program of Fresno County and current Board President for Valley Animal Center a local no kill animal shelter.
