Russell Atkins has been in the Records and Information Management industry for nearly 12 years, specializing in digital transformation and document capture. Russell is currently with IRIS, a leading document capture and data extraction software and services provider. At IRIS Russell develops business within the Service Bureau, Business Process Outsourcing, and Shared Service Center space. Prior to IRIS, Russell worked for a regional RIM company in his home state of North Carolina. Over the years Russell has successfully worked with hundreds of clients in their pursuit of digital transformation ranging from massive backlog document scanning projects to full electronic content management system implementations and everything in between. Russell’s specialties include the areas of workflow optimization, intelligent document processing, and process automation.
