Jason Teliszczak is an entrepreneur with a passion for saving the environment and strengthening personal safety to make the world a more secure place. After earning a B.S. in Environmental academia and to ensure his vision would not be put to waste, he built his own successful consulting firm, JT Environmental Consulting, and has quickly become an expert within the e-Waste, Data Destruction & Data Sanitization industries. With over 20 years of consulting experience, Teliszczak assists his clients in setting targets and achieving goals. Organizations throughout the world, from fortune 500 corporations to non-for-profits with under 25 employees, utilize Teliszczak’s expertise & knowledge to perform compliance audits, internal audits, security audits, external provider audits, to maintain and/or become certified to many different standards.

He continues to streamline growth within the industry by working closely with industry organizations as well as Certifying Bodies, and by updating, incorporating, and strengthening new standards. Teliszczak currently sits on numerous committees and has assisted such organizations as ASIS, i-SIGMA, ISO, NSF, NFPA, OBADA to develop standards for auditing, supply chain risk management, security officers, security selection and training, security awareness, continuity management, data destruction, blockchains, etc. He teaches classes for many different ISO standards for CBs globally and has established JT Env. as a NAID AAA Certification Approved Consultancy for i-SIGMA.

Teliszczak continues to stay focused on the ever-changing industry by being certified as a CPP, CSDS, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, R2v3 Auditor and holds many other relevant certifications.
